Application Process
All businesses and individuals conducting business within Fairview are required to obtain a City of Fairview business license as regulated in FMC 5.05. Upon receipt of your application and the appropriate annual fee, a license valid through December 31 of the calendar year will be issued. Renewal applications will be mailed to all licensees approximately one month prior to expiration (December 31).
Home Occupation Permit
New home-based businesses within Fairview city limits require a Home Occupation Permit in addition to a business license as required in FMC 19.490.200.
Metro's License Requirements
