    2. The City of Fairview is conducting this survey to obtain information necessary to apply for a Multnomah County Community Development Block Grant. All information will be kept strictly confidential. If you have questions, please contact our Public Works office at 503-665-9320. Your participation is extremely important to the success of this project. There are two questions to complete and the whole process will take about 15 minutes.
